We Believe in Follow Up
We all know that an intensive course on eating right isn’t enough for people to lose weight. Awareness of lung cancer statistics isn't enough for a smoker to quit smoking. Similarly, information on strengthening leadership skills isn't enough to adopt the skills into one’s personal style. While education is clearly necessary, leaders and team members find that they implement their learning most efficiently with a plan and follow-up support. Tune-ups can be occasional or regular, but they do make a significant difference in the return on investment.
